Jim Beam Backyard Buns



  • Grilled chicken
  • 1 TBS butter
  • 1/2 cup Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 10-12 slices of buns, rolls or other thickly sliced bread

Combine the butter, Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon Wing Sauce, garlic and cheese in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring regularly. When the chicken is almost done, brush a bit of the elixir on each piece of bread and lay it face down on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Watch carefully. The combination of butter and hot coals has resulted in the occasional burnt bun. Remove from grill and put a piece of chicken on each bun. Top with the elixir.
