1 large box lime Jell-O
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 can undrained crushed pineapple
43 cut-up cherries (as many as you wish; this is mainly for color)
1 small container whipped topping
In a 2-quart pan on the stove, set temperature to medium-high. Put in lime Jell-O and water. Heat this until all the Jell-O is dissolved. Turn heat down to medium. Add 1 large package cream cheese. Whisk this until almost dissolved. Stir in miniature marshmallows, these should be completely melted. Add pineapple. Remove from heat. Stir in red cherries. Pour into a container of your choice and let the Jell-O set in the refrigerator until almost completely jelled. At this time, fold in whipped topping. Return to the refrigerator and let completely set up.
Serve and enjoy.
