Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 – 9″ pie shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  1. Combine eggs, milk, butter and vinegar in bowl; mix well.
  2. Stir in raisins, pecans, and coconut.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
