- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 tbsp. chopped pickled okra
- 2 tbsp. Under the Influence Tomatillo Sauce (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp. sauerkraut juice
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. chopped onions
- 4 tbsp. salad dressing
- Salt & ground pepper to taste.
Drain can of kidney beans well. Add chopped eggs, pickles, onion, salad dressing, Under The Influence Tomatillo Sauce and sauerkraut juice. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix all and let stand in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
