Italian Easter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb. diced salami
  • 1/2 lb. diced boiled ham
  • double crust pie shell
  1. Mix together Ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Dice and add pepperoni, salami and ham.
  3. Put mixture into 2 crust pie.
  4. Bake in a 350º oven for 35 minutes
