Impossible Salmon/Tuna Dill Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 can 7 3/4 can salmon, drained or 1 6 1/2 oz. can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  1. Mix sour cream and 1/2 tsp. dill weed; cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle tuna & other 1/2 tsp. dill weed in plate.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
  5. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes
  6. Serve with sour cream mixture.
