Impossible Salmon/Dill Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 can (7 1/4 oz) salmon, drain & de-bone
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (another one)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  1. Mix sour cream with 1/2 tsp. dill weed; refrigerate.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Spray 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle salmon & dill weed in plate.
  4. Beat the rest of ingredients in blender, on high, 15 seconds ( hand beater-1 minute). Pour over salmon; bake about 35 minutes, until knife comes clean from center. Let cool 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sour cream.
