House of Representatives Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 8-oz. container heavy cream, whipped
  • 9″ graham cracker crust
  1. Beat cream cheese till soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly
  2. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust
  3. Freeze till firm. Wrap in plastic wrap after frozen
  4. To serve – while frozen cut into small-medium slices. Return remaining pie to freezer.
  5. Let cut slices stand 5-8 minutes before serving
