Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz, pkg.) frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter, bouillon, and nutmeg, cook till thickened stirring.
  2. Stir in spinach, heat through keep warm to dip.
