Hot Spinach Dip
- 1 (10 oz, pkg.) frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- melba toast or crackers for dipping
- In a medium saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter, bouillon, and nutmeg, cook till thickened stirring.
- Stir in spinach, heat through keep warm to dip.
