Hot Fudge Sauce for Dessert Tostada

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
  1. In a one quart saucepan, melt butter and chocolate.
  2. In a separate  saucepan, bring water to a boil and add to chocolate. Next, stir in  sugar  and corn syrup and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Keep sauce warm  until ready to  serve.
