Hot Cheese & Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) block sharp natural cheddar
  • 1 (8-oz) block sharp process American cheese
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 (7.5-oz) can crab meat, drained
  1. Cut cheeses into small pieces; combine in saucepan with milk.
  2. Stir over low heat until melted. Stir in wine and crab, heat through.
