Hot Cheese & Crab Dip
- 1 (10-oz) block sharp natural cheddar
- 1 (8-oz) block sharp process American cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 (7.5-oz) can crab meat, drained
- Cut cheeses into small pieces; combine in saucepan with milk.
- Stir over low heat until melted. Stir in wine and crab, heat through.
