Hot Artichoke Dip
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon finely minced onion.
Mix ingredients together and place in a lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on high for about 1 hour. Serve with crackers, bread, or nacho chips.
