Honey Mustard Shrimp Salad

1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small zucchini and/or yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
20 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Honey Mustard Buzz® Dressing
4 cups spring salad mix
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 small green onion, thinly sliced
Season shrimp and squash, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Grill or broil shrimp and squash, turning once and spritzing 5 times with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Honey Mustard Buzz® Dressing, 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and squash is tender.
On serving platter, arrange spring mix. Top with shrimp, squash, tomatoes and green onion. Just before serving, spritz with remaining Dressing.
TIP: Recipe may be doubled.
