Honey Mustard Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
1 tablespoon prepared or Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
4 cups hot cooked rice
1. Coat chicken with flour.
2. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is browned and no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add gravy, mustard and honey. Heat through. Serve with chicken and rice. Serves 4.
