Homemade Egg Substitute

Ingredients

2 egg whites

2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk solids

1 teaspoon canola or corn oil

1 drop yellow food coloring

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients: mix well. Use as a substitute for one egg.

Yield: 1 serving
