Homemade Chicken Pot Pie


  • 1-2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 reg. can mixed veggies
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • one small roasted onion diced
  • one can chicken gravy
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • large pinch dried sage crumbled between fingers
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • one sheet thawed puff pastry
  • one egg beaten with a little water
  1. Spray casserole dish with no-stick spray
  2. Combine chicken, gravy, mushrooms, veggies, onion, herbs and spices and fill dish. Cover dish with puff pastry, and paint the top with beaten egg.
  3. Bake at 400ยบ for 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown
