Holiday Bacon Onion Stuffing


1/2 c. chopped onion

4 Oscar Mayer bacon slices, chopped

1 2/3 c. water

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix



Cook onion and bacon in saucepan until onion is tender. Add water and contents of vegetable/seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Add stuffing crumbs; stir just to moisten. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Serves 4.
