High Energy Liquid Meal Supplement
Time to make:
Calories per Servings:
- 1/2 pint skim milk
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 1/4 banana, chopped (I always throw in a whole one)
- 1 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 egg whites
STEP BY STEP:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
- You can of course use just about any fruit& flavoured low fat yogurt that you like.
