Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 large carrot sliced
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 1/2 lb chicken breast (boneless) cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 -1 cup uncooked egg noodles
- Mix broth, water, carrot, celery and chicken, salt and pepper in saucepan.
- Heat to boil. Stir in noodles. Cook over medium heat 10 or until noodles are tender.
