Health Nut Waffle

2 cups water
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups Carbon’s Golden Malted Flour
6 tbls. butter, melted
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dried prunes
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds



Mix water with beaten eggs, add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and then add remaining ingredients. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. Makes 7-8 waffles.
