Hawaiian Baked Pork

Ingredients

4 pork chops2 cups crushed pineapple2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour in pineapple juice into casserole dish. then thinly sliced sweet potatoes. Lay on bottom of dish and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place pork chops on top of sweet potatoes.
