Hamburger Gravy Skillet

Ingredients

8 ounces ground 90% beef

3 cups (15 ounces) shredded loose-packed frozen potatoes

1/2 cup (one 2.5 ounce jar) sliced mushrooms, drained

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups skim milk

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and potatoes. Stir in mushrooms. In a covered jar, combine flour and skim milk. Shake well to blend. Pour milk mixture over meat mixture. Add parsley flakes and black pepper. Mix gently to combine. Continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. 6 Servings.
