Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes, sliced
2 To 3 medium carrots, sliced
1 16-ounce can peas, well drained
3 Medium Onions, sliced
1-1/2 Pound Lean ground beef, browned
2 Stalks of celery, sliced
1 10-ounce can tomato soup
1 10-ounce can water

Instructions

Place layers of vegetables in the order given in CROCK-POT. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into CROCK-POT. Cover and set on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally). From Rival Crock-pot cook book, date unknown
