Ham and Devils

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 T. minced cooked ham
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon or pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  1. Hard cook eggs. Peel, slice in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to yolks and mix well. Fill egg halves with yolk mixture. Chill.
