Ham And Cheese Ball
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (4-1/2 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
2 tbsp. finely chopped scallions
3 tbsp. Old El Paso chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped walnuts Crackers
In small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, deviled ham, scallions, and chilies; mix well. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Remove from refrigerator to soften slightly before serving. Serve with crackers. Makes one 2 cup cheese ball.
