Grilled Reuben Sandwiches
1/3 cup Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing
8 slices rye bread
1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
3/4 lb. sliced cooked corned beef or roast beef
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
2 Tbsp. Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® Spread
1. Spread Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing on bread. Top 4 bread slices with cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut; top with remaining bread.
2. In 12-inch skillet, melt Spread and cook sandwiches, covered, turning once, until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.
