Grilled Pork Kabobs

1-1/2 cups Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork chops (1 inch thick), cut into 1-inch chunks
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
2 small red, green and/or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
12 cherry tomatoes
1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
For marinade, blend Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, mustard and thyme. Pour 1-1/4 cups marinade over pork and vegetables in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag; stir to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, 3 to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining 1/3 cup marinade.
Remove pork and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil kabobs, turning and brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until pork is done.
