Grilled Asparagus, Beef & Blue Cheese Salad

3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian or House Italian Dressing, divided
1- lb. boneless sirloin steak
1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
4 large shallots, halved, or 1 medium onion, quartered
2 cups your favorite salad greens
1 container (4 oz.) blue cheese crumbles
Pour 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® House Italian Dressing over steak in large shallow nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, asparagus and shallots, turning once and brushing frequently with 1/4 cup Dressing, 15 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Let steak stand 5 minutes, then thinly slice. Toss shallots and asparagus with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing in medium bowl.
Arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with steak, asparagus, shallots and cheese.
