Green Tomato Harvest Pie

Ingredients

  • Drain 3 cups green tomato pickles.
  • Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups halved Concord grapes and a dash of vanilla extract.
  1. Place in a prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with flour and cover with a top crust.
  2. Bake until crust is browned, about 25 minutes.
  3. Cool and serve.
