Green Tomato Harvest Pie
- Drain 3 cups green tomato pickles.
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups halved Concord grapes and a dash of vanilla extract.
- Place in a prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with flour and cover with a top crust.
- Bake until crust is browned, about 25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
