Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat germ (untoasted)
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seed nuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil – mix well.
  3. Add honey and vanilla – mix well.
  4. Spread in 10×15 pan and bake at 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees – until light brown and crispy.
  5. Stir a couple times during baking.
