Graham Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
Graham cracker crust:
- 1-1/2 c. graham crackers crushed
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter melted
- Mix all ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Filling:
- 2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Mix ingredients and pour into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours
