Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. graham cracker crumbs, about 20 squares
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 3 T. butter or stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg white
  1. In a food processor, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; pulse until blended. Add egg white, pulse until moistened
  2. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375ยบ for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
  3. Cool completely before filling
