Ginger Pineapple “Motivation”
Believe it or not, this taste great hot OR cold! Pour it over ice for a tall cool-down. Gently heat it up as a soothing tea. The taste is invigorating, the effect soothing yet energizing.
2 tablespoons ginger juice, or to taste
squeezed from about a 4 inch by 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
32 oz. pineapple juice-4 liquid cups
Grate the ginger and squeeze it with your hands or through a small piece of cheesecloth, over a small bowl. Measure out the 2 tablespoons of juice and stir into the pineapple juice. Adjust the amount of ginger juice to your taste and serve hot or cold, as described above.
