Calories per Servings:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz sugar
- 3 oz water
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- mint sprigs
STEP BY STEP:
- Muddle gin and mint well in an Old-Fashion glass or a mug.
- Bring sugar, lemon juice and water to the boil, stirring till sugar dissolves.
- Pour syrup over muddled gin and mint, stir and serve.
- Garnish with a mint sprig if liked.
