Ghost Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-9in pie shell or crumb crust
  • 1/2 cup Hersheys cocoa
  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  1. Combine cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, & salt in medium saucepan. Gradually blend in milk-stir until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium heat-stirring constantly until mixture comes to boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Blend in butter & vanilla
  3. Pour into pie shell
  4. Chill 3-4 hours
  5. Top with Cool Whip
