Garlic Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup milk
1 jar (12 ounces) Franco-American® Hearty Beef Gravy
1. In medium saucepan place potatoes. Cover with water. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Set aside.
2. In same saucepan over medium heat, heat margarine. Add garlic and cook until brown, stirring often.
3. Mash potatoes with garlic mixture and milk. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat gravy. Serve over potatoes. Serves 4.
