Garlic Herb Cheddar-Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Wisconsin shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. sage

Garlic Herb Spread:

  • 12 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped, Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • 1 T. finely chopped garlic
  1. Mix cheddar ingredients together. Then mix garlic-herb ingredients separately.
  2. Line a shallow bowl or mold with plastic wrap. Layer cheddar spread, then garlic herb spread. Refrigerate for 3 hours
  3. Turn out onto a serving dish, removing plastic wrap.
