Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg of cream cheese
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  1. In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter, add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add flour and cook until smooth and bubbly
  2. Add other ingredients, stirring occasionally, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
