Garlic Chicken Pasta Soup


  • 6 Cans Chicken Broth (low salt low fat)
  • l bag frozen carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red or green peppers
  • 1 Pkg frozen tortellini, gnochi, ravioli or pasta of your choice (pardon the spelling)
  1. In non stick fry pan, add 1 Tbs oil, and lightly brown the garlic
  2. In the meantime, bring the broth to a boil in pot, and turn down to simmer. Once garlic is browned, add 1/4 of the broth to that pan. Then put that mixture and all of the above ingredients into the pot.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes
