Fruit Salad Tart
– 1 sheet frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed according to package directions
– 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 2 tsp. grated lime peel
– 5 cups assorted sliced fruit (peaches, plums, strawberries or raspberries)
– 40 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Raspberry Bliss® Vinaigrette Dressing
Preheat oven to 400°.
On lightly floured surface, roll pastry to form a 10- x 14-inch rectangle. On cookie sheet, arrange pastry; pierce with fork. Bake 12 minutes or until golden. On wire rack; cool completely.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and lime peel; evenly spread over cooled crust.
In large bowl, spritz fruit with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Raspberry Bliss® Vinaigrette Dressing, then toss to coat; evenly spoon over crust. Chill, if desired. To serve, cut into 24 pieces.
