Frozen Strawberry Pie


  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberry Margarita mix, thawed
  • 1 container (4 0z) whipped topping
  1. Place strawberries, cream cheese and Margarita mix into a blender. Cover and blend well on medium speed
  2. Pour mixture into a medium size bowl and fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hrs. or until firm. Garnish with lemon or lime slices
  4. Let pie stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting
  5. Freeze any remaining pie
