Frozen Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • juice of 2 lemons (1/2 C.)
  • 1 C. heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 C. sliced, peeled peaches cut into small pieces
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9″) chilled
  1. Mix milk with lemon juice (mixture will thicken).
  2. Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Pour into crust.
  3. Freeze till firm.
  4. Serve frozen.
