- Sliced cabbage (1/2″ thick or smaller)
- Fresh garlic minced.
- 1/2 cup of butter.
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a large frying pan add the butter and heat to medium temp. add the cabbage, garlic, Salt & Pepper in small batches. fry until golden brown and serve immediately.
- Just add, garlic & butter generously, lots of pepper and serve with a light meat or fish.
