Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 C. sugar
  • >3 T. cornstarch
  • 1 C. cold water
  • 2  peaches
  • 1 pkg. peach Jello
  1. Cook together until clear and thick. Add 1 pkg. peach Jello and stir.
  2. Cool by setting into cold water.
  3. Add 2 Cups sliced peaches.
  4. Pour into baked pie shell & chill.
  5. If desired you may garnish with Cool-Whip & sliced peaches
