French Dip

Ingredients

4lb Chuck Roast

1 (10.5 oz) can beef broth

1 (10.5 oz) can French Onion Soup

1 (12 oz) can or bottle of beer

French Rolls

1 Tablespoon butter

 

Instructions

Trim fat from roast & place in crockpot. Add beef broth, onion soup & beer. Cook on low for 7 hours. Preheat oven to 350* & split rolls. Spread butter on them & bake 10 min. Slice meat diagonally & place on rolls. Serve juice in crockpot for dipping.
