French Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 level Tbs. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 can or 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Mix thoroughly and pour into a 9″ unbaked pie crust.
  2. Bake at 325º for 1 hour
