French Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 small size instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup commercial sour cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
  1. Beat together pudding mix & milk in a small mixer bowl. Blend in sour cream.
  2. Put into an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baked graham cracker crust. Top with pie filling mixed with almond extract, if desired.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
  5. May use other flavor pie fillings
