Four Minute Brownie Pie
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Whipped cream or ice cream optional
- Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in medium bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased pie pan.
- Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.
- Cut into wedges and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
