Fluffy Orange Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter melted
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese,softened
  • 1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  1. Combine crumbs and margarine, press firmly on botton and sides of pie plate. Chill
  2. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then juice concentrate until smooth
  3. Fold in whipped cream
  4. Pile into crust. Chill 2 hours or until set
  5. Garnish as desired
  6. Refrigerate leftovers
